DMV = stupid

So i go to set up my personalized license plate and after deciding on my plate I click thru and a page comes up that says that the va dmv has the right to deny anybody a plate if any of the below criteria are met.


Profane, obscene, or vulgar in nature.
Sexually explicit or graphic.
Excretory related.
Used to describe intimate body parts or genitals.
Used to describe drugs, drug culture, or drug use.
Used to condone or encourage violence.
Used to describe illegal activities or illegal substances.
Socially, racially, or ethinically offensive or disparaging.


So why then, or rather how stupid are the dmv employees when yesterday i spotted a car with tags that read "FUH CUE"

is not the same as
Expletive Related

you can not have a license plate that relates to human Excretions.
but, i guess that "FUH CUE" can be either socially offensive, or profane in nature...

sharpen up, boy.

i'm not necessarily complaining.. just pointing out the lack of enforcement and the stupidity of those people making/enforcing the rules at the DMV..


no wonder it takes so damn long at the DMV they're all in the back scratchin their heads "Who's Initials are F U H and C U E? "
