DM - ARP Flywheel Bolts...necessary?

Its definitely a good idea to do so. Looking at the stock bolts after a couple of swaps, I noticed that the threads were too gunked up to actually provide any kind of hold. I think most were from the sealer they used on the bolts to prevent any oil seep.
fresh threads are always better .

Just a thought, but if you are going to have the trans out already and you will be replacing the flywheel bolts now would be a good time to inspect the rear main seal or just replace it.

im not sure about the 1jz bolts, but on the 2jz you have to actually stretch the bolts according to the TSRM (and you are supposed to replace them every time you take them out)

i think its mroe than worth it, use loctite too.

the motor has gone through two oil changes ever. it's freaking brand new, inside and out. lol. i think the seal it perfect, but i will check.
