no they use map sensors, at least thats what it says on the site. the way they do it, it doesnt remove it, it just moves it up. it wont work the way they described on our cars. since they have map sensors the computer actually sees every psi of boost. since it actually shows the computer boost threw a voltage, u can use resistors to change the voltage to raise fuel cut.
since our cars dont have map sensors, they have air flow meters instead, and they use a frequency to represent airflow. in order to fool the computer in the same way, u would need to have a frequency generator (HKS FCD) to send a frequency to teh computer that would be right underneath the frequency of fuel cut. that website has the same idea but instead of changing voltage u would have to change the frequency. thats alot harder to do.
