We offer discounted shipping to all forum members at 15% below published UPS rates + potential to save much more.
How our billing works is that it is billed as if the shipment is originating in NY State. For example if you live in CA and are shipping to PA, you are only paying as if you are going from NY to PA (only 1 state away). You then receive your 15% discount on top of that. It can end up being well below half of the UPS published rates.
For the sake of honesty here’s a situation where it may not pay to use us. If you are shipping from one town in CA to another in CA you will be billed as if it is going from NY to CA. You will still receive your 15% discount but it may not be worth it.
Don’t hesitate to contact us for rates, no job is too big or too small. All we need is destination town and zip, weight, dimensions (L x W x H), commercial or residential destination, and if the package is in cardboard or not (i.e. tires may not be). Even if you are interested in shipping cars we can do that too. We work on the honesty system when it comes to weights and dimensions and hope it will not be abused. If we receive a billing correction from UPS that is significantly different than the weight and dimensions given your credit card will be charged. There will be a 10% or $10 correction fee (whichever is greater) and the difference of the shipping. So please be honest.
We accept all major credit cards. We can be reached through the forums or you can call us at 914-277-8700 and ask for Dan or Will. Thanks for trying us and we look forward to serving the community.

As soon as our new username is activated, you can find us under "Will and Dans Shipping", but feel free to PM me with any quotes or questions you may have!

For basic shipment, any UPS location, ie a UPS store, or a depot!

For larger things, like cars, or engines going frieghts, we have a shipping company pick it up!

Will, do you use your UPS account number for these shipments? J/W because many UPS Stores (Surch as my store) do not carry the Ground waybills. Or do you email them a label?

No! Thats the big advantage here! I do NOT jsut simply give you guys a number and you figure it out, i will email, PM, or FAX you over your own label, which inturn, you print out, and tape onto the box!

This sounds awesome, this works for Canadians too? I ask because I live in toronto, just over the border from new york and it would be cheaper for me if it seems to come from NY, because then it really wouldn't be an international shipping would it? And no matter where in the U.S. I'm shipping to, NY will be closer to it than Toronto.

If this ISN'T how it works, i.e. shipping doesn't seem to originate from NY like it would for american customers, lmk how it would work. Thanks.

Jm- I just shipped a set of rims from the south to canada for $124.xx for all four rims!

Yes, international shipping is possible, but can be some-what frustrating with all the customs forms and all :)

If your patiant, we can easily work together to save alot of money!

Guyana00 - I will get back to you mid-day tommarow :)

Was very smooth and easy, actually, friggin EASIER than actually haulin down to the UPS store and dealing with the morons *yes, the ones here ARE in fact morons* that work there, getting over charged, um, like I paid $20 to ship a 4" coupler to Cali, I only charged the guy $25 for it, and then having to fill out the forms, stand there while they convulse around behind the counter, talk on the phone, scratch, sniff, fart, who knows what they really do back there, stumble out of the back, ask me a million questions, baby in line behind me screams, my pen wont write, I get yelled at because my cell phone goes off, and then, finally, after 30 minutes, my package and my money leave... With Will, it was like 5 minutes on the phone, a 5 minutes printing out the labels and forms, sign, date, copy, tape to box, drop off, leave... The end... trust me, I'll be doing all my shipping with William...

Thanks bro...

LOL Sounds like a job well done on their part. I'm dealing with a customer as I post. ;) Hold on, I'll try and squeeze out a fart for you. *scratch, scratch*
