i have been looking, but have yet to find any way to convert my supra to a cable, or even hydraulic caliper parking brake system. i would much prefer it over the stock drum setup. has anyone seen, or better yet come up with a way to do this conversion? i have seen a hydraulic parking brake lever on ebay, but as yet haven't found any calipers, of either type.

If this a street driven car its pretty much a waste time and money honestly. If you adjust it properly at the brake and not at the handle it will hold on even the steepest hills.

But if you wanted to you would have to take a caliper and then make a mount for it. If it was hydraulic you need a master reservoir and to make lines for it back to the caliper. Along with some way to push the master.

Cable you would need a custom cable mount along with a cable caliper.

Design and fabricate a bracket, use the cable.

Viper Uses one stock.

Spend a boatload and build a complicated setup like Tesla, using 2 separate rotors & electric actuated caliper.

Go super cheap drifter style, just don't plan on using it as a parking brake.

Why? Cable actuated caliper is more complicated. Hydraulic can't be used as a true parking brake (it's used for drifting, that's all).

Wilwood parking brake caliper is, well, garbage. They're notorious for being cheap and rattling.

No point in doing this unless you're going with a completely custom brake setup that replaces the rotor and you're trying to shed weight. On a stock setup, it's adding weight...
