Dipstick Problem

i have a 90 7mgte that is missing half the dipstick tube. the half that is in the block is a straight tube
about 5 inch long with no flare at the end. i have a dipstick and tube from a 87 non turbo i would like to put in but i cant seem to get the straight tube out of the 7mgte it will spin with enough force but wont come out. the motor is in the car so i cant get a lot of leverage to pull it out. is there an easy way to pull
it out ?

The only way I've taken these out is punching them out from the bottom. Of course, that can't be done with the engine in the car, or the oilpan on.

Update: so i after failing on several attempts to pull the dipstick tube out the top i decided to just do it the hard way and pull the motor. so after i got it out and the oil pan off i found out what had happened.
the guy who i bought this motor from had it rebuilt at a local shop and when they put it back together they put the dipstick tube in upside down so the flare was down in the oil pan and i was looking at the wrong end lol
the whole thing was a huge waste of time but at least its fixed now
