Digital dash question.

I have noticed that most if not all digidashes have some off of auto cars. My question is, was there ever a digidash made for the 5spd? Any pics would be appreceated

I'm almost certain there isn't. On my digi there are provisions for an auto, however they were covered with black tape, obviously because the car equiped with my cluster was a 5spd and therefore didn't need the lights D R etc.. It would be far cheaper to use the same main board and simply do what was done on mine, and cover the auto section (easily covered with 2 2inch long pieces of tape) rather than redesign the entire layout.

On the first page you can see what I'm talking about regarding the black tape covering the lower right corner of the screen. I removed it, and there is possibly another pic in later pages.

Well Jarco is selling a 7m front clip that is a 5spd and has the digi dash. I dunno if some Japanese guy could have converted it, but..
