when in idle or when driving(slow speed to almost stop), if i rev it like 3 grand-ish and then drop it, it drops all the way and dies. seems like this starting happening not to long ago, but i didnt really do anything..

also, when i give it gas and let off in idle and it blows off a little and dies, i can also hear some compressor surge, can this be attributed with the problem? did i not adjust my ssqv right? im runnin like 8 psi and i have the adjustment screw almost all the way out. what else can contribute to this?
thanks

If your SSQV is vented to the atmosphere, the ECU causes an over rich condition and the car will die. You can try a ECU re-set and let it "re-learn" (it will still do it at 1st) or use a recirculation fitting on it. If you do the ECU re-set, it will still die on occasion.

Yep...should do the same for the SSQV.

JAV is correct, you could use a stock valve in the stock location to recirculate and correct the problem.

so i pulled the fuse for 2 minutes and even tried screwing the screw in some. same deal. do i have to drive it around for a while for it to relearn?

get the recirculation kit man... it will get rid of the crappy idle.
edit. i meant get rid of your problem. The recirculation kit does wonders for and afm based car.
