Hey guys, Just a quick question.. i was under the impression that the Type-K FCD had no dial on it. I just got mine and it had a dial. It is the type K3 and it was specified as being the correct FCD for the supra, and even comes with directions for an MKIII. Just correct me if i'm wrong, i'm confused:icon_conf

The K3 IS the right one and it does come with a dial. Hope yours works better than mine did.

FCD's are crap. fuel cut is there for a reason. if you dont have the proper upgrades to support big horsepower, dont get one, as you'll probably lean out and grenade your motor.

though, hotts, i believe you're plenty upgraded, arent you?

It does its job. but it is dangerous..i stay between 12-14psi, but in first i would creep a bit and hit FC and it would scare me. i am second guessing the FCD now as that is about the psi that pops off the vacume lines to the waist gate actuator.

Thanks for looking out for me guys, I'm very cautious with my car, I'm constantly watching my boost, oil psi, AFR's, h2o temp's.. I'm just a typical, paranoid supra owner.

I'm buying warning gauges, and one of those obnoxious boost controllers with overboost protection, visual and auditable warning, and I am not going to boost much before i get EVERYTHING i need, because thats the way I am.

But anyways, thanks guys, you never know what i've overlooked so i appreciate the heads-up. I'll let ya'll know how it works out. If you have any other suggestions for watching my boost creep and overboost then let me know.
