Modification is a completely different story and if you used those terms with the guys that posted above you probably would got a different answer. Yeah there are things you can bypass like bvsv if it broke, take out egr(dunno why), charcoal canister delete but all these must be compensated for in some way. Like a vented gass cap for the canister delete.
So the answer is no there is nothing that is unnecessary but if you have a goal to achieve and deleting some vac lines by modification meaning compensating in another way must be done to make you happy then yes, you can.
I don't know why you would want to, but the answer is yes.
State why you want to do this first and for what reason then the above people might have helped.
You gotta be careful how you word things on forums because a lot of people have sticks up there asses making things difficult.

Yes, you can "delete" every single vac line on the car. Since while you were busy not being dumb, you managed to make a mess of something so simple.
You won't:
-Have brakes
-Have heat
-Pass any emissions test
You will:
-Grenade the motor from lean condition
-Grenade the turbo from compressor surge (If the motor lasted long enough)
So... for a dipshit question, a dipshit answer.
