delete cookies

does anyone know how to erase your computer history from day to day? had a few gift ideas for my wifes christmas present and do not want her to see the website. is this possible to remove? thanks.

It depends on whether ur wife knows how to get to the websites u were lookin at or not. If she doesnt then right clicking and deleting the websites on the history sidebar should be enough. Dont forget to empty the recycling bin though. (guessing that u got internet explorer)

If she would be lookin for cookies, go to the tool bar and click 'tools', then 'internet options' then 'delete cookies'. Hope that helps. Good luck makin her happy! :naughty: lol

While your in tools, notice that there is an option to delete your history too...

So you can in one box, with two operations, clean up your cookies, and wipe your history clean as well.

Tools
Delete cookies (Click Ok when it comes up.)
Delete memory (Click Ok when it comes up.)

Done.

thanks my smarter than i people. if she finds it in that recycle bin then it will be too late anyways because christmas will be gone. i appreciate your help. if you ever have any questions involving building a house or something let me know.

Tools > internet options > under temp internet files click deleate cookies.
