Hello All,

Although this is not my first post, it is my first post that is after reading the "Dealing with the Oldschool guys." I felt a bit compelled to drop an intro at that point. I have had the fortunate luck of aquiring an 86.5 n/a with BHG, and needing a Timing Belt replacement along with many many other things. So far I have only rebuilt the engine(my first rebuild at that). The rest of the car is all stock minus the interior which I have begun to tear apart. I still have a few quirks to work out. However now where the car lives once more, I am very excited to see how far along my progress vs my fantasy of where i would like to see the car will be. I have a very high goal in place, and I am confident this forum is going to be a great place to seek guidance when I need it the most. So far I have to say everyone has been helpful in aiding me when I reach a challange I have not meet before. I am use to working on newer cars(95 Grand Am, 02 Eclipse, 95 Z28, 05 Evo, a few others here and there). However, none of my past projects have been this intense thusfar. I'm a firm believer in DIY, and also doing the job right the first time. So far my 02 Eclipse has only gone to a shop to get new tires. Excluding engine work, which I never have come to with her. The Supra has been a fun challange so far and was mighty intimidating with the plethora of vacuum, coolant lines, timing adjustments required. I consider myself fairly young and learning when it comes to vehicles still. I love to share knowledge and gain as well. So for now I want to send out a big "Hello," and "I'm happy to be here," from my side of Austin Texas.

Regards,

Eli
