Hi,

This weekend I'm fitting a CD player to my car, I've gone 2 weeks without one and enough is enough lol. The PO simply cut the wires from the CD player during removal, so I have to solder them back into a harness, does anyone have a wiring diagram for this they could share with me?

The other issue I have is, a friend of mine also decided to just push a cd player in the slot temprorarily, and pushed it through the back of the holder, so I need to remove the dash facia to remove it, gee thanks. How do I remove the front of the dash surround by the DIN units?

That would be a 1990 UK car, being a good lad it's included in my signature lol. Thanks for link, really appreciate it, any idea on the dash removal?

To just pull the stereo surround, take the screw out of the side, near the shifter. Un-screw your shift knob, and I believe everything else is just clips that you pull loose. Start at the back behind the shifter, and pull those two clips , and then there are two holding in the bottom corners, and two or three at the top. Un-screw your ash tray cover with the light before pulling it out.

good lad indeed. The bad part is that I always have signatures turned off ;)
