Dash removal connector issue

Hey guys,
So this week I decided to replace my heater core on my 90 supra n/a. Long story short I put everything back and I have two issues, the heater core box controls for the direction of the air flow dont work (I took it apart) and my lights wont pop up or turn on. Now I did discover I forgot to connect a big green box on the drivers side above the fuse box. Could thay be the issuse and what does that connection control? Please help...... Im growing old just thinking about it.....

The retractor relay is a big blue box right above the driver fuse panel.. that would be where I would start with the headlight woes.

I've checked the blue connection and its hooked up correctly but ill check again. Would you happen to know what the big green rectangular connection is?
