NEVER use champion plugs. they suck horribly. i know at least 5 people that have had the insulator break off and trash their engine...
Damn I'm old enough to remember when Champion were "the plug"!

I'm using Iridiums and so far they've been good even surviving the Mega Rich early days when it was untuned without fouling!

great now im about to shit my stomach. im gonna do that shit this weekend now wut size were the sockets?? and what part # of ngk's did you use cus last time when i did hg the sizes i got wouldnt fit in the hole w/ the socket.

also is it bad that when im driving my car gets a weird rocking feeling from side to side as if it had a misfire but without the misfire? its a rare occasion and no problems at idle, i'll stand over engine and pull throttle and everything sounds ok cept when im driving everyonce in a while at about 25mph it feels like hte car is just shaking off and on, almost feels as if i had no struts. i've worked to damn hard to have a plug destroy my car.

AJ: Not sure what the part number was but they're the Iridiums for our motors as listed (18mm socket I think)

Sort of surprised no one has done a surface gap plug for cars yet!
(No protruding ground electrode and are used in outboard boat motors)

They dont use them in auto's cuase they dont disapate heat fast. Therfore they would crumble. Kinda like trying to use inboard heads from a Mastercraft boat on a normal 350 sb. Wont work. The heat doesnt transfer like normal engines in cars. That is what I was told the 6 years in testing jetskis and mastercraft boats. The same with Yamaha and thier bass boats that use the 200vmax engines. (PPSSSTTT... those heads on the 200vmax are actually made by Honda) Dont tell the owners.. :momaru:
