Whats up people? I am a new member on here and heard about this site mentioned by a bit of people on local forums. I am on supraforums but dont post much there. Well I am kind of new to the world of Toyota's but have some friends helping me out with understanding some things here and there. But for now I have an 88 NA coupe. Its not in the greatest condition (Radio harness cut, Ignition hacked [already bought new steering column]) other than that it seems to be decent. Previous owner didnt seem to take good care of it, but then it has been sitting for 2 years and the interior was messy (cleaned that up). The engine is not too bueno but it runs for now while burning a lot of oil until warmed up. I am thinking its valve seal related for that issue so just gonna say screw it and go 1jzgte off the bat. At least its a 5spd! lol. But yea I daily an accord runnin the h22a. Hopefully I can gain some knowledge on here and meet some new people.

Welcome! Good to see another mkiii in the dallas area. They have local supra meets in Addison although many have mkiv's. Let me know If you need any help/parts for your ride, if I dont have it or cant work on it, I can help you find someone that does/will. Thanks! Hopefully I will be able to work on it when I am in town. Its just collecting dust now since I am in IL for school. I was planning to work on it spring break but I need to pull out the rear on my accord since someone rear ended me. But yea I will let you guys know! I just need to source the 1jz motor, trans, ecu, wirng harness, driveshaft, rear diff. Everything else I think I can manage. Oh yea I am planning to change my trim out to black or grey. Just some sort of dark color other than maroon. But thanks for the welcomes!
