cylinder is not firing :-/

so, i drove my car for the second time last night in a year... and it was actin kinda funny for a while... when it was in the warming up stage, if you gave it more than 10% throttle, it would start missing badly on one cylinder, and it would miss after it warmed up, but not as badly (or it didn't seem that bad) around 6200-6500... any ideas or any suggestions on what to check?

Check your spark plug wires. Get an ohmn meter/voltmeter and check your resistance. Thats how I figured out if mine was dead. Which it was. My cylinder 1 was dead so I just jerry rigged up a spark wire designed for a Charger 440 lol.
