CUSTOM ROUND "TRUCKER TAILIGHTS" GOOD OR GOOFY?

At least I think I heard them reffered to as trucker tailights. I'm wondering:

What are they???

Who has them???

How do they look???

I did a search and couldn't find anything. Pictures??? :1zhelp:

I was picturing tailights similar to a corvette's and I thought it might not look bad and then I remembered something I read in one of our threads about trucker tailights and though it might be close to what I was daydreaming about.

The site http://www.buytruckstuff.com has several variations of round brake lights under "LED Lights" on the sidebar. Also, I saw a few good canidates ebay. They have about every type of brake light you could imagine.

Not my thing, but I don't see why they would be goofy.

I like the biggest, brightest tail lights I can get. I like to give the people behind me enough glare off their hood that they cannot possibly forget I am there and run into my rear bumper.

Trents tails look good, but other than that if you want round tails buy a MKIV.

trents lights were a bit more than a "trucker lite" deal...
each circle had 80 leds in it i believe... they were bright as hell.... and the housings were actually fiberglassed or something. more time went into them than lamarossa's who just took a hole saw to the lamp and scuffed, sprayed, and pressed the lights into....

If I didn't know better I'd think you guys were picking on me, Naaaaaaaaaah....

I think the Supra is a natural for round tails, I'm thinking of a newer Corvette.
If I did it (I'm undecided) I would build a flat cover to fit over where
the original Supra light lenses mounted creating a fairly flush panes and then mount the Vette type rear lights. I think done correctly it would look killer.

Where did Trent get those lights (looks like some kind of a cover over the original tails.

That video is mega-funny. I almost peed myself or maybe it was the beer...
