Custom Intake Manifold

Im looking to buy a custom intake manifold, but I have a concern about the idle speed controller.
All of the custom intakes don't have a placement for it. Can it be eliminated or is there a workaround.
I'm running a AEM piggy back and a bunch of other upgrades.

Well,

I know Ron's artistic manifolds do have provisions or not for the ISC Valve. He builds them to the user spec. Though not sure he is building any at this time.
