Custom DDP Progress Pix

Ive been fabbing up a custom divorced downpipe for like a year now...............:icon_redf The project kept being put on the shelf. Finally got some time to work on it this week...........

-3" Main port
-1 5/8" Wastegate port
-Wastegate reroute
-Bosch Universal O2 Sensor port

Starting to come together nicely, pix below

Your wideband O2 is to close! Its "supposed" to be at least 12" or so from the turbo. EGT's are to high there.

Otherwise it looks bitchin'!

Im pretty sure thats not a wideband sensor. Its only got 4 wires and there exposed at the end of the sensor.

I used a regular 3" DP flange from Randy, he wouldn't sell me the DDP flange..............:icon_evil I filled in a large portion of the middle and then used a 4 jaw chuck to bore out the ports. It will be Jet Hot Ceramic coated just like my exhaust mani!!!

Its a narrow band, just replaces the stock one with a screw in type so I don't have to fab/buy a flange.

The WG tube will serve as a nice reliever of pressure from the turbine area... and also serve as a nice handle bar for when you oil-filter changes.

Agreed the 02 is way too close to the flame front.

Its only a thread on stock replacement, its located exactly where the stock one was. I will be plumbing in a wide band port but it will be 12-14" from the turbo.
