Ive been fabbing up a custom divorced downpipe for like a year now...............:icon_redf The project kept being put on the shelf. Finally got some time to work on it this week...........

-3" Main port
-1 5/8" Wastegate port
-Wastegate reroute
-Bosch Universal O2 Sensor port

Starting to come together nicely, pix below

Your wideband O2 is to close! Its "supposed" to be at least 12" or so from the turbo. EGT's are to high there.

Otherwise it looks bitchin'!

I used a regular 3" DP flange from Randy, he wouldn't sell me the DDP flange..............:icon_evil I filled in a large portion of the middle and then used a 4 jaw chuck to bore out the ports. It will be Jet Hot Ceramic coated just like my exhaust mani!!!

Its a narrow band, just replaces the stock one with a screw in type so I don't have to fab/buy a flange.

Agreed the 02 is way too close to the flame front.

Isn't it fun making custom bits!
(esp when you sit down and add up the hours involved and find your custom part cost x10 ;) )

Its only a thread on stock replacement, its located exactly where the stock one was. I will be plumbing in a wide band port but it will be 12-14" from the turbo.
