Well actually you could, but you would need to buy one of the turbonetics turbine housings. They have a turbine housing that is basically a CT-26 housing that has been redesigned to use a T3 turbine wheel and a Garrett center bearing section.

you can get the CT26 to fit on a T4 pad, you just have to slot the bolt holes on the turbine housing and use larger washers. i wish i had a better camera, but you get the idea
