There are problems with using the Maft-Pro on the 7MGE because of the NA's bastard reverse voltage ramp.
(5vdc closed, dropping as air flow increases)
Have seen people try, but they always ended up with problems.

A better choice is the MAP-ECU.
http://www.mapecu.com/
It can be ordered flashed with NA only base program, easily set-up with the reverse ramp signal,
has the required out-put to duplicate the mechanical switch that the stock flapper meter has to activate the fuel pump,
and is a quality, well built piece, unlike the Radio-Shack looking maft pro.

They also have their own tech forum, and answer all questions promptly.

You will need a lap top to program it.
but it is a nice compact unit that is easy to find a hiding place for.

I've been using the Maft-Pro for about 2 years now and no problems.

There are some stickies in the piggyback section, check them out, CRE was a big help setting mine up but he hasn't been around lately on the forums.
