crazy boost stuff: need help fast!

ok so, i was having problems with my boost, i could not raise it at all with a bc. so i got mad and unplugged my wastegate hose to see if i would build any boost, hoping it would just hit fuel cut and tell me my turbo is boosting right. but when i did this my car just hits about .07-.08 bar and holds like it was meant to be. So my real wuestion is what does fuel cut feel like? does it justjerk the car and stop gaining rpm or does it just stop the boost and the car feel normal?

alright, well then since it stops boosting at .07-.08 bar and has no burp with the watsegate hose completely unplugged.could it be a vaccum leak stopping the boost there? or maybe something else?

Um, you sure thats right? .07-.08 bar is only a little more than 1 psi. Did you mean .7-.8 bar (10.1 - 11.6 psi)

Could be a boost leak somewhere instead.

I think he meant the later... Sounds to me like a possible boost leak, or a bad wastegate actuator.

Fuel cut is very harsh...if I hit it in 2nd gear it will screech the tires when the power comes back on...

It could be a boost leak but from what I have had happen to me and seen others when you have a bad boost leak you will only get a few psi and it will be cutting out all over the place. I tend to think its something else but have no idea what.

how does it feel at the boost you are getting? What does it sound like?

yeah guys i meant .7-.8 bar, sorry. but i think i founfd the problem. last night i checked out my vaccum lines. i found that i am cmpletely missing a hose that goes to the egr, and another hose is routed incorrectly. thanks for your help though.
