crankshaft balance

Thinking about replacing this while its off:

I believe some engines are balanced by the pulley and flywheel along with the counter weights inside. Is our crackshaft this way? I have the 6m crackshaft.

I didn't buy the lightweight flywheel because I read that it could damage the tranny due to the loss of momentum. (to Jerky) I kind of have similar feelings about this.

Our motors are internally balanced.

The pully you posted has NO Damping and isn't the best idea for longevity.....
