Crank main cap problems

How do you remove the center main cap with the thrust bearings its giving me a major headache.

Give it a few taps with a soft face hammer or a wooden hammer handle then use a pair of bolts with just the threads in the cap squeezed together as leverage to wiggle it out!

You're my hero IJ worked like a charm now the motor is of to the machine shop to get all preped and ready for some arp hardware and some new bearings woot!Ohh and IJ if im ever hangout down under ill buy yah a beer,seriously i tried for 1 hour and it would just wiggle nothin else.
