cps rebuild kit?

i just spent the better part of 1 1/2 hours searching for any info on a kit to replace the bearing and bushing in a cps.. has anyone else heard of this or am i going crazy

off topic a little bit...what size bolts secure the cps cover?

cps cover bolts are 6mm x 1.0. you can get some allen head studs from lowes and some wave washers not split washers.

if your rebuilding your CPS anyways, consider one of the billet covers that ARZ sells, they are very nice quality.

I know this post is a bit old but thanks! My CPS started puking recently and I sure didn't want to spend $650 bucks for a new one and I didn't want to get a 20 year old one from a junkyard that would fail eventually anyways.
