So I start my car early in the morning and I hear a burbuling sound coming from the center of my dash. I give the car some gas and it just sounds like water is gushing out. I checked the carpeting and it's dry. I look under the car no coolant puddle. I replaced the Radiator cap the next day after I bought the car (last saturday). Every four days to a whole week I have to ad water to the car. Not blowing out any white smoke:ugh2: Oh yeah once it reaches operating temps it goes away. Heater works fine b the way. Any help or tips are greatly appreciated.

first park your car with the front as high as possible, (preferably on jackstands) take the rad cap off and "burp" the cooling system. Let the car idle and fill the rad as the air comes out. Thats probably what your hearing. If that doesnt' work, start checking out the water pump, and hopefully its not the dreaded bhg.

Yup burp your baby. In addition turn on your heater full blast and get car up to temp, that'll get air out of the heater core. But that can be messy way to do it.

If you don't want to do the ghetto burp, you can get yourself a tool to do it right (now if I could only remember the name of it.... pros like Figgie use it lol).

I think you guys might be right because everytime I ad water it seems to be pulsating. Meaning water comes up then back down. If this is the problem what could have caused this and what else should I look for??
