Coolest movie villain

Thought this would be a cool idea for a thread... who do you think is the coolest movie villain?

I think Davy Jones from Pirates of the Carribean 2 is freaking awesome. His story and the theme that usually plays during his parts of the movie (the locket song) just make him that much cooler.

the green monster guy in spiderman 1 is awesome. he flies on a green ship and throws sphere-bombs.

Doc Oc in spiderman 2 runs a close second, imo.

Biff Tannen was a good villain, in a comedical kinda way

Hannibal Lecter... the Villain you kinda rooted for, haha

1.Dr. Hannibal Lecter-He must be at the top of any villain list
2.Tony Montana-Even though scarface was about him, he was still a villain
3.Agent Smith-Only from the first matrix movie, after that he got pretty lame..
4.Raz Al Gul-For some reason I really enjoyed his character in Batman Begins
5.T1000-in T2
6.Riddick-In pitch black, I still think they should have went the evil bad guy rather than the evil good guy in Chronicals of Riddick.

There is more, but I can't think of any right now.


P.S. If your looking for the most evil villain then that is easy. It's sponge bob. when it comes to the darkest and scariest evil, sponge bob > all.

Venom has more than potential; it's two beings fused together who both share a symbiotic relationship and utter hate for Spiderman. Looks pretty cool, too.
That being said, if this was "villain, period" rather than movie villain, I'd have to say Carnage.
