Coolent Problem still

Ok i'v been workin on this car for awile now got threw alot of the problems went threw and engine. Got an engine with a Blown HG. Fixed that. Had coolent problems before the head gasket and after put a MHG on. So i got a new radiator. Now I still got a problem. it build to much pressure i belive and forces it all out the Overflow. When i try to Burp it. Its find but as soon as i Rev it or anything it then it blows all the coolent out. I have no idea Right now im checkin the Trq on the heads to make sure nuthin came loose. I Donno im lost. its driving me nuts.

Did you have the head and block deck surfaces machined before installing the headgasket?

Did you replace the rad cap already? Be sure to.

money is on the headgasket not installed right. Flush the coolant and see if that helps.

I was gonna say the finishing of the block and/or head (if it was done) wasn't true and allowing combustion gases to escape and pressurize your coolant system. It's gotta be done right when you're using a mhg.
