Coolent leak in back of motor!

my friend has a mx83. and for some reason there isnt a hose hooked up to what looks like the heater core in the back of the motor near the fire wall? does anyone on here know of any good websites for 7m-ge diagrams????

Except the cap on the metal pipe that goes around the block is on the passenger side for lhd vehicles.
