Coolant Leak and Smoke!

The other night I took the Supra for a short drive, giving her boost, and when I shut her off I noticed white smoke coming from the engine bay. When I looked at the engine the smoke quickly went away. Well this morning I drove her to work, and really got into the boost. When I parked at work it started smoking badly, and when I looked under the car coolant was pouring out from around where my downpipe connects to my test. At lunch I filled up the radiator (half gallon) and limped her home, staying out of boost. I got her in the garage, popped the hood and there was a small amount of smoke. There was a little coolant in the spark plug galley, and it appeared that where ever the leak was coming from, it was leaking onto my downpipe and that was causing the smoking. I checked underneath and there wasn't any pouring. I immediately thought BHG, but could this possibly be a cracked coolant hose? A mechanic friend advised me to fill the radiator, leave the cap off, start the car and rev to 3000 and hold it. If coolant shoots out of the radiator, then it's a BHG. What is the logic behind that?

Thanks.

idk if gtes have them but i know ges do. its a hose that has coolant flowing through it to the TB. it prevents ice from forming on the throttle plate and the intake mani. but you said it leaked down to your spark plug galley that was my first thought. also did the smoke smell sweet or anything?

I found the issue. One of the coolant hoses that goes to the back of the block is either cracked or not connecting all the way. I think it is the one right behind the spark plug galley, and at high rpms I think the pressure is causing it to spray into the galley as well.

Not sure if I'll get this fixed though, as I'm in the process of ordering a rebuilt Stage 2 from www.legendofaces.com.
