you cant really drain it out of the block,
just drop the bottom radiator hose and then take one end of a heater hoses off(near the brake booster) stick your garden hose in the heater hose and flush it out till it all comes clear.. dont forget to turn your heater taps inside the car to re-circulate and on heat...( no fan needed)
