I started ordering crap for my new computer as deals come along.. Woo I cant wait to start playing with it... Shits expensive though but gotten decent deals so far..

So far I've ordered:
antec 900 ($50 shipped after rebates)
Thermaltake 700w psu ($70 shipped after rebate)
4gb crucial ballistix tracer pc800 ddr2 ram (4x1gb) ($89 shipped)
MSI 8800GT OC ($220 shipped).. its backordered so will be a few weeks though

Still need:
Q6600 cpu ($280)
500gb WD HD ($105)
Abit IP35pro ($150 after rebate)
and a heat sink (probably thermalright ultima90 or ultra 120 extreme)

Anyways my case came to day (antec 900) and I decided to rip it apart and paint the inside a satin black and cut a few holes to run the power cords behind the mobo tray. That gray is ugly as sin.

I cant leave it stock..

Yeah, computer stuff is all about the BLING_BLING. If it does not shine it's not balling. I was going to build my own, but just got a great deal on a brand new hp......

Make sure you run a 64bit OS on there. 32 bit will only register 4gb of ram MAX (between the video card and the memory). Looks good, cant wait to see the end of this build. LOL

yea eventaully will go vista 64.. for now xp32 bit is fine..

The sale on the 500gb ended before I ordered so I just went with a 320gb drive (was $40 cheaper, $85 shipped iirc). Also orderd the Abit ip35 Pro and a q6600 G0 step. Just need a cpu cooler (still havn't decided, probably ultima 90 though) and a black dvdr (samsung w/ light scribe probably for $35 shipped). Hopfully everything will be here before christmas (I have 12 days off ) but not sure if the 8800gt will be here in time :/.... we'll see..

Ram got DIRT cheap.
