My compressor outlet hose on my turbo is toast, do you guys think i should go buy a toyota OEM hose, or get a 2" ID silicone hose to replace it?

Just incase someone was wondering.. from my local toyota dealer the hose was $119!!!! What a rip off.. I'm going with a silicone hose for sure.

You're right, they charge too much for it.
hahaha, i actually solved the problem... temporarily. I couldnt find a hose that would work, and i dont really know how flexable the silicone would be, so i was kinda stuck. I took the original hose, which had a couple cracks at the top, and took a 2.5" ID coupler, slid it over, reinforced with high-temp RTV and that did the trick. We'll see how long it holds up. lol.

the part comes in and, with the help of a few other parts, I walked out of there with like 4 pieces, and $300 lighter....

Man that sucks, I can't believe they didnt tell you. I've gotten to know the parts guy pretty well now.. i convinced him to get a supra. Anyways... he was like "What the ....! Man.. go to napa" and refused to tell me the price at first. lol.
