How much is built TH350 swap with < 1K miles worth? I am thinking about swapping the car back to a 5spd...It is quick but the downsize is that it is bad on gas, loud, and not an interstate cruiser. I didn't spent money on the swap so I don't know the value.

You cant really get an exact price til you start buying things, but everything new with a built transmission would be in the 1k range, with no hook ups.
when I priced everything with what I could get it for would be around 600-700$$
But ,my offer still stands, you drive the car down here one morning and take it back that night with a 5sp in it.

It depends on a lot of things
Is it a good converter and can it be adjusted if you contact the manufacturer, does the firewall have to be pounded, is the flywheel sfi certified, who built the trans, what is in the trans, what kind of shifter, ds included. All of these things make the difference between a $500 hack to a $4000+ worth. I have over $4500 in the setup in my truck including the driveshaft. Then again the TH350 I run is well over $2000.

I agree 100%. I am just saying that you need to know specifics before knowing what a th350 complete kit is worth.
