How many of you guys are running 1 colder spark plugs on 7mgte's? Our 90T is a Daily driver with some bolt on mods: Cat back, Cat eliminator, Electric fan, 180 Tstat, and soon BIC DP and upgraded turbo and a boost controller. Wondering if I should go 1 colder or not. what do you guys suggest?

If you are running near stock boost with good gas, then the standard heat range would be fine. If you are going to run over 1 bar of boost, then get a set of autolite 3923 and gap them at 30-31 thousand. Just a hint, the colder the plug, the less its life span due to the fact that they foul out more easily. the lesser heat retained on the tip lets carbon build up faster on the electrode.
