Cold start struggles

My 7M recently started being hard to start when cold. It will crank about twice as long as usual before stumbling to life at 300 rpms. No codes. Wideband still reads rich after it starts (~12.0). Any ideas?
Temperature is about 40 in the morning when this happens.

Does it start operating normal when it warms up to proper operating temperatures?

1) Is cold idle behavior normal?

2) Is the CSI system working?

3) Does jumping the fuel pump on for 15 seconds prior to cranking help?

Starts fine until it gets completely cold in the morning.
Cold idle is perfect.
CSI is hooked up.
I'll try jumping the fuel pump and see what happens. I already have a new 255lph pump I'll be putting in, so I'm hoping the old pump is the culprit.
