Coil Pack Question

Yes, thats what stumps me. I had my alternator spike on me and it took out the ECU. Now I'm chasing what else is wrong.
I had to check again because it didn't make sense. I used one wire and one sparkplug to check all 6 for spark and 1-3-2 were very weak compared to the other 3 which had weak spark. Most of the time they would not fire (1-3-2). I'll be putting on a good set of coil packs and ignitor on Tuesday.
ignitor is NOT the problem. If it was. You would have a pair (1&6, 2&5 or 3&4) not firing. Odd that each of the coil packs has ONE output that is botched.
Someone please tell me that I dont have my wires crossed. Last word that I got was the wires were 1-5-3-6-2-4
Is this correct or has this been my problem all along.

Ok. The reason I was asking is because when I had my engine built. The guy wrote the Firing order on the top of my coils.
WHICH IS 1-5-3-6-2-4
So it this wrong or right.....
A simple yes or no will do.

That is what is listed in the online TSRM, but I believe Bishop to be correct; I know #1 & #6 fire together (from the same coil). So I think yours are incorrect.
Ok, thank you. I will check them tomorrow. Im hoping that its something that simple.

That was my Problem. Firing order was all Screwed up. Now she isnt poping or hesitating or anything like that. Runs like a champ.

Firing order and coil pack order are NOT THE SAME. Coil pack is 1 6 3 4 2 5, firing order is 1 5 3 6 2 4.
So I put a known good coil pack and ignitor in the car and still 1-3-2 have very weak to no spark. What else could it be?

1 & 6, 5 & 2, 3 & 4, 6 & 1, 2 & 5, 4 & 3
As the 7M-GTE is a waisted spark setup. The wires plug in 1,6,3,4,2,5 though.
