I'm a nub to this stuff for now just looking for information. previous calibrating my TPS, after I took off and set the gauge set the Ohms etc. When I would check the codes the car would immediately show the code right away and not stop cycling through the code over and over.

NOW the engine light flashing intermittently showing there are no codes...but if I push the gas in and accelerate once I hit about 2200 RPM it will then start the code 51 process. upon letting off the throttle back to the no code intermittent blink. is this correct? Or is there something just a little out of wack with my tps? or is it bad I can replace it if need be just not sure whats going on.

My readings on the TPS were within spec but still seeing this :aigo:

Yep, that's how it's supposed to work if the TPS is caled properly. It's caused by the idle switch in the TPS opening. You don't need the engine running btw. Also, if your AC is on (also don't need the engine running) you'll get the same code (51).
