Ok,
I have a code 52, I am suspecting the wiring which I plan to replace, but until then can I set the timing or is the ecu messing with the timing even at idle.
Reason I ask is that I have just installed a new CPS and need to time it. With the diag block jumpered am I good to set timing to 12 degrees even with code 52 flashing or will I need to fix the code then set timing?
