my car is idling like crap and is very hard to start i found that my isc isnt working properly so i am going to replace that. I checked my afm for voltage according to the threads by jetlock pertaining to code 31 and i got 4.78 volts from the ks to body ground at idle the voltage dropped as i increased rpm i also checked the vc and it was also 4.78 volts. I wondering if a dirty air filter could cause the code 31 and/or the isc valve not opening. As for running rich i tested the cold start (out of the car per tsrm) and it works fine. I tested my injectors for resistance and they are all fine. could it mabye be the filter or the isc causing it to run rich? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have no mods all stock just replaced cps tps temp sensor and i havent put new spark plugs in yet because i would like to get it run right so i dont foul another set.
