Well I just got my turbo on and went to fire it up and I have a code 31. I reset the codes and it was there again before I even started the car. The intercooler piping on the intake side is not on and the ISV is open to atmosphere.
Do you think any of this could be the issue. I know it is for the map sensor but I havent done anything with my car except for swap the twins for a single and never touched the map, vacuum hose or connector.

Did you happen to mess with the grounds on the intake? The map sensor grounds to the ring terminal there.

In my experience the map sensor won't throw a code unless there's something wrong with the circuit it's on, mine became completely disconnected from the vacuum line when I was driving and still didn't throw a code.

Oh, one more thing, how are the caps in your ECU?
