Code 24 really anything to worry about?

I did a search and read up, but never could find out what to really do about this 24 code. Change out AFM? If that is the case I will hold out till I get a Lexus one and 550 injectors. It runs ok now, alittle weak IMO, and Gas Mileage sucks, but will it hurt anything? Also is oily residue in the intake pipe to the turbo a bad sign? Is that blow by? This is supposed to be a new engine....it shouldn't have blow by should it? Thanks-Aaron

oil should be normal unless there is a lot of it, check the fins and such of the meter itself see if anything is damaged or check the connector ive had this problem before but it really didnt cause a hastle and went away real quick
