Okay today I hard wired my CPS, removing the connector completely and guess what my car starts now. It stumbles a little when you first start revving and engine light is on at idle but if you rev above 1600rpm engine light goes off. I read the codes and got code 24(familiar to me), and code 31 (24 is intake air temp signal and 31 is AFM signal) I checked the resistance with an ohm meter set at the "2000" reading. Results are as follows:

Ks to E1 1260
E1 to Ks 1095
Vc to E1 1758
E1 to Vc 1678
THA to E2 145

Test were taken in 32 degree F temperature.

Now according to my manual Ks to E1 should be should be 0? I think symbol is to circles together side by side(Does this symbol mean 0?).
E1 to Ks manual said 5k-10k
Vc to E1 10-15k
E1 to Vc 5-10k
THA to E2 @ 32*F 4-7k

So obviously their is a problem. My question is would this be the wiring or the electronic box itself? I tested the connector with the ohm meter. I'm starting to think I should of been testing the terminals on the electronics box itself?

Also a quick question for a noob using an ohm meter. E1 to Ks means positive lead to E1 and ground lead to Ks correct?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you unplug the AFM during your repair of your CPS for any reason? Check and make sure the connector is still plugged in.

No, the AFM was plugged in. I've had a code 24 a few times but never the code 31. If I did my readings right with the ohm meter, it's way out of spec.
I'm just not sure if it's the wiring or the electronics box on the AFM.

Okay thanks Johnathan1 I thought that is what I should have done. The way my AFM electronics face, I can't see the terminals. Is yours like this as well? It's no problem to remove the AFM, just wondering if mine face different, mine face downward toward the fan.

Results from AFM terminals out of spec.

ks - e1 - nothing
e1 - ks - 952
vc - e1 - 1972
e1 - vc - 706
tha - e2 - 1700 @ 69* F

So my electronics for the AFM are bad right?
