Code 11... Only in the 87-88 Turbo Supras

Hey all, Im still getting this Dam code 11 and for the life of me, I cant seem to find out the problem anywhere.

11= Momentary Interruption in Power Supply to the ECU...

I had this code since we did the Engine swap. As soon as I plug my ECU into the wiring Harness, It pops up. I can Clear, Clear and Clear again... And not even start up the car.

Can anyone out there tell me what the Interruption is... Im about to look for another ECU and Harness.

i think thats the ground for the ECU that's bad. look in the TSRM to find which wire it is, and make sure there's no break in it. i could be wrong, but i think i remember this happening to someone else as well, though i cant remember who. i believe it was a grounding problem.
