Ok so if i go WOT it seems like power isn't being transfered to the wheels but you can hear the turbo spooling but not much movement and after going WOT a couples times the CEL usually come on. It reads code 11 and thats when the car really starts boosting like crap. Usually you can feel the pull as soon as it starts boosting then it'll pull harder out of nowhere at higher RPMS, but with the CEL on you feel a little pull and SOMETIMES it'll pull again at higher RPMS or it'll just stop building power. Any ideas what's going on? It's an 87 7MGTE

I've changed the Main Relay and have checked the wiring from the relay and the ignition, should i try swapping out ECU's?

Check to make sure that the ecu is bolted tight in place, and check the ground wires under the #6 intake runner.

Ya it's either a power or ground problem for the Ecu.

Also code 11 will cover up any other codes that may be there. Need to fix 11 and then clear codes and then drive and check for any others.

ok so i noticed if i slowly open up the throttle instead of going straight to WOT it boosts a hell of a lot better. Would that have to do with the AFM, TPS or something with fuel delivery?

Code 11 is a power problem The rest can wait until you fix 11. Check the engine loom to see if its rubbing somewhere. Near the EGR is a favorite spot, also where it runs between the intake manifold runners and check the O2 sensor wires. When you accelerate the engine can twist and things can rub against each other causing a short circuit even thought its fine at idle.

You can also jumper sections of the loom to isolate the location.
