I was just wondering if turbo and N/A clutches were interchangable or what parts also have to be changed to put a turbo cluch in an N/A. I have an 86.5-turbo converted supra and noticed that my N/A clutch is looking pretty thin. I still have the w58 and I have never noticed any problems with it, the clutch never slipped either.
My other option is a zoom clutch from Napa, its a kevlar clutch and I have heard many good things about zoom. Plus a close friend works there and can get me a good discount. Prob. is that it doesnt have a torque rating on it that I know of. Also I saw a spec stage 3 thats rated to 359ft/lbs. That should be enough and its pretty cheap. i only have basic mods @ 14psi max.
Thanks for any opinions or help
