Clutch Won't Disengage

So I put the clutch on my 1jz w/ lightweight flywheel. put the tranny on, and i can't get the clutch to disengage. (by pushing on the clutch fork where the slave does.)
I put enough pressure to disengage it, but it wont budge. the fork is on the right way and has free motion. but once it comes in contact with what it is supposed to move, it wont budge. (sorry if that is confusing)
anybody got any ideas?

if it matters, it is a spec stage 2 clutch, r154, and a 1jz bellhousing.

sorry if this should be in the 1jz section, i thought it should be in general because it isn't really specific to the 1jz engine.

thanks guys

I used a small crow bar. i know how much pressure i have to apply by hand, because I disengaged it before i took the clutch off. and I applied more pressure this time than last time.
but no movement at all

stage 2 clutch kit will have higher clamping force... not to mention it's a new pressure plate, not an old worn out one...

Put the system back together and then try...
