Clutch question - which one??

Hey all,

Which would hold better and which will have a longer life

2100lbs pressure plate with brass button 5 puck clutch plate
3100lbs pressure plate with standard clutch plate

I will be clutch kicking every now and then in 2nd gear but not giving it death.
