Clutch issues

I just changed my slave cylinder, all was good for 3 days or so, then all of a sudden at a stop light, it seem like the clutch fork, let go or somthin, now its snowing so i cant bring it to werk to look at it. anyone have issues with this? thank you

i havnt check it yet since failure, when i installed it i bled it , it was fine, when it went, it was like i popped the clutch. feels like somthing broke. i really hope not.

Sounds like air in the system. The line from the reservoir to the cylinder goes up a little first before it runs down. When filling up the system little air bubbles can be in the fluid which collect up there to one big bubble after some driving, so now you're pumping air.
Just bleed it again, have someone help you; one on the pedal, one under the car and use a transparent hose from the bleed nipple, that way you can see best if there's still air coming out or not.
